Introducing the all-new Polaris Steeple Shaped Bird Nesting Box, a fresh addition to our collection of compact nest boxes. Like the rest of Wildlife and Birdcare's habitat boxes, this box showcases a sturdy and rustic design. Crafted in the UK using larch wood responsibly sourced from an FSC-certified UK forest.

The Polaris nest box features a tall and pointed roof, with one side equipped with two screws for easy cleaning. We recommend cleaning the nest box annually. Simply unscrew and remove the lid panel, and reattach it once the cleaning is complete.

With a 32mm entrance hole, the Polaris box is an ideal sanctuary for smaller birds like bluetits. For your convenience, a hanging hole is located on the back, allowing you to effortlessly hang it on a tree or fence. The Polaris Steeple design, created by Sammy Holman, is completely chemical-free and unstained. Larch wood, known for its durability, will naturally withstand the elements for 40-60 years.

This product is manufactured by Wildlife and Birdcare, a community interest company (not for profit) organisation, that teaches woodwork and other craft skills and on-the-job training and work development to young adults with autism and learning disabilities. They design, develop and build high-quality homes for garden guests including bug hotels, bird nesting boxes, hedgehog boxes, owl boxes, bats boxes, squirrel feeders and more. They are a UK-based community interest company comprising a skilled workforce and people with learning disabilities and autism.
