Shipping policy

Garden Wildlife makes every effort to ensure that the goods you order get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems:

General

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.

The expected delivery time for each item is listed on the product page and varies from range to range.

Some items are readily available while others need to be prepared, and others are made to order, so the items won’t necessarily be dispatched the next day but they should arrive within the expected delivery time.

If the item is expected to take longer than listed our team will contact you via email to make sure that the delivery time is appropriate.

If there are multiple items on the order with different delivery times, the order may be split. You will be sent a tracking update for each portion of the order as it is sent.

Delivery to Scotland and Off-shore locations may not be possible, could take longer, or could cost more. If there are any issues regarding the delivery address our team will email you as soon as possible. 

Pond Plants

Currently dispatching on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

  1. In the main season, orders placed by 11am on a working day are sent the next working day, excluding Friday (or the Thursday before Easter).
  2. During low season we will amend the days orders are shipped. The dispatch days are normally:
    • March - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
    • April to Mid-August - 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
    • Mid-August and September - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
    • October to February - Once per week on Tuesday
  3. Due to the volume of orders being handled, we are unlikely to be able to amend or cancel an order if it has already been picked and packaged. Once in this status, the order will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.
  4. Our couriers will leave orders in a cool shaded area if there is no one at the address provided, or with a neighbour if possible.
