As Caltha palustris, but with beautiful double yellow flowers in early spring. It was first discovered and cultivated in Austria in the late 16th century.
After flowering in March and April, some foliage will die back. Remove dead leaves and flower heads to tidy and encourage a potential second flowering
Plant in full sun to partial shade between 0cm and 10cm deep.
