Bring the warm weather to your garden with the stunning Allium 'Miami'. This beautiful plant produces intricate purple flowers sprouting from the top of a tall flower spike that reaches a maximum height of 80cm. The Miami produces flowers in early summer around July time. To achieve this bloom the allium should be planted late in the year from September to December.
The Allium 'Miami' does best when planted about 10cm deep in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny area of the garden. Taller alliums like this one can also benefit from shelter on one side to help prevent the tall flower spikes from being blown over.
