The Allium 'Sugar Melt', is a stunning plant with tight umbels of light pink and yellow flowers. The Sugar Melt is a Spring bulb and as such does best when planted earlier in the year from September to December. The allium will then produce its simple, but stunning blooms throughout summer.

The Allium 'Sugar Melt' does best when planted about 10cm deep in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny area of the garden. Taller alliums like this one can also benefit from shelter on one side to help prevent the tall flower spikes from being blown over.
