Hedychium griffithianum (Griffith's Butterfly Ginger) Rhizomes

Hedychium griffithianum, also known as Griffith's Butterfly Ginger, is renowned for its striking appearance. Its foliage is a gorgeous deep green, featuring large, lance-shaped leaves. The stems support spikes of visually distinctive flowers with delicate, swirled, pure white petals and elongated, straight salmon-pink anthers, making this plant truly one-of-a-kind.

Hedychium griffithianum can grow effectively in nutrient-rich soil, in full or partial sunlight. For optimal results, place the plant in a protected area to shield it from strong winds and promote sturdy stems. This species is a fantastic option for naturalizing any space due to its tendency to spread.
