The Galanthus nivalis bulbs, also known as the Common snowdrop, produces small white flowers, often with green marked inner segments.
Galanthus nivalis grows well in most soils, but prefers well drained soils. They grow best in shaded to semi-shaded conditions.
When clumps get too thick, they can be lifted and divided. For best results do this when the plant finishes flowering and the foliage has died down.
