Description
Also known as 'Greater Pond Sedge'.
A coarse grass with broad leaves and brown spikelets. It is larger than the other sedges which makes it popular with landscapers for architectural, native plating schemes.
Little maintenance is required. Trim just above the water surface after foliage has died back in Autumn to tidy.
Plant in full sun to partial shade between 0cm and 20cm deep.
