A relatively vigorous plant but with attractive pinkie-red striped grass foliage in Spring maturing to yellow & white later in the year. It is graced with purplish-green flowering panicles in late summer.

Little maintenance is required. Trim just above the water surface after foliage has died back in Autumn to tidy.

Plant in full sun to partial shade between 0cm and 25cm deep.

Flowering period: June to August
Mature height: 30cm to 60cm
Growth rate: fast
