This heavy-duty squirrel feeder is designed to stand up to the demands of squirrel feeding. This strong peanut hopper with a lifting lid is a fun way to feed wild squirrels in your garden or woodland area. The squirrels will quickly learn to lift the lid to access the peanuts visible behind the perspex screen. You can help them learn by initially propping open the lid with a stick, so they get the technique.

The feeder is built to last and is made from naturally durable FSC certified timber from managed woodlands. The lid has a corrosion-resistant hinge to ensure longevity and proper function. The feeder requires no additional stains or chemical treatments.

Locate your squirrel feeder well away from any bird feeding areas. Top up the peanuts regularly and dispose of any mouldy peanuts safely as these may contain toxins harmful to other birds and wildlife.

Species likely to use the feeder include red squirrels, grey squirrels and pine martins.

Pond Plants

Currently dispatching on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

1. In the main season, orders placed by 11am on a working day are sent the next working day, excluding Friday (or the Thursday before Easter).
2. During low season we will amend the days orders are shipped. The dispatch days are normally:
• March - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
• April to Mid-August - 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
• Mid-August and September - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
• October to February - Once per week on Tuesday
3. Due to the volume of orders being handled, we are unlikely to be able to amend or cancel an order if it has already been picked and packaged. Once in this status, the order will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.
4. Our couriers will leave orders in a cool shaded area if there is no one at the address provided, or with a neighbour if possible.

Other Products

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Some specialist products such as our larger insect houses, furniture and niche bird boxes are made to order and may have a lead time of 2-6 weeks.
