The Tulip 'Suncatcher' bulbs produce bright golden yellow flowers which transition into fiery scarlet-red around the edges. They have sturdy stems making them resistant to adverse weather, which makes them brilliant for garden displays as well as cut flowers.
The Suncatcher flower is a Division 3 tulip, characterised by single, cup-shaped blooms that appear in mid to late spring. A hybrid division, with the widest range of colours but tend to be short lived.
The Suncatcher Tulip flowers in April/May and will grow well in a wide variety of conditions, but will prefer fertile, well drained soil in a sunny area.
