The Dahlia 'Ambition' bulbs create stunning flowers in a vivid, magenta purple hue. Its lush green foliage and tall stems perfectly support its dramatic, fringed petals. This variety falls under the fimbriated classification, with petals that split into 2 or more sections at the end.

Dahlia 'Ambition' can be planted in a pot in a warm area and transferred outside after frost, or directly in the ground after frost. They do well in moist, well-drained soil and full sun, but may need wind protection or a stake for tall stems. These plants are not frost hardy and must be dug up and kept in a frost-free location during winter.
