Tulip 'Johann Strauss' bulbs produce elegant dwarf blooms in a stunning currant red hue, bordered by a beautiful sulphur shade with a bright white centre.

Johann Strauss is a Division 12 Kaufmanniana tulip, which is often referred to as a "waterlily tulip" due to its multiple blooms. These flowers are typically bowl-shaped, blooming in early to mid spring and remain resilient over a long period of time. The foliage of this tulip can vary in colour from blue-green to streaked with brown.

This tulip flowers in March and will grow well in a wide variety of conditions, but will prefer fertile, well drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded location.
