The Narcissus bulbocodium 'Golden Bells' daffodil bulb produces a plant with thin, green leaves and stems. The top of each stem has multiple miniature flowers in a stunning golden yellow colour. The outer petals are small and thin compared to the large, cupped inner segment. This flower does well in most soils, but likes it to be moist and well drained soil, and does well in a sunny area. Golden Bells are a very good naturalising plant, and will grow back for multiple years.
Narcissus bulbocodium 'Golden Bells' is a Division 13 daffodil, which are wild species and variants, found in natural daffodils.
We recommend you plant the Golden Bell daffodil in September - November in a highly sunny area so it can flower in April.
