Lilium candidum, commonly known as Madonna Lily bulbs, produces a striking plant. The plant begins with a foliage rosette, followed by a tall floral stem that can reach up to 5ft. At the top of each stem, a cluster of large, sweetly scented flowers blossoms. These trumpet-shaped flowers are pure white and feature golden yellow stamens and reflexed petals, creating a simple yet stunning appearance.

Lilium candidum thrives in a moist, well-drained soil and full sun. To prevent damage from strong winds, these plants should be grown in a sheltered area due to their long stems. They are low-maintenance and ideal for attracting pollinators.
