Eremurus robustus bulbs create a mesmerizing display. Thick, substantial stems support clusters of blooms. Initially appearing as a rich pink hue, the inner petals gently transition to a delicate rose pink upon opening. The flower heads are most densely clustered at the stem's apex.
Eremurus robustus bulbs flourish when planted in a sunny spot with good drainage and away from strong winds. These bulbs produce large, starfish-shaped roots, hence ample space is required for healthy growth. Staking is an effective way to secure the bulbs in windy areas. Planting should take place between September and December to enjoy flowers from June to July.
