The Tulip 'Little Princess' bulbs produce flowers which have a blood-red exterior whilst the interior is Spanish orange with a blood-red mid vein. This tulip is an excellent choice for rockeries and wild gardens due to its compact size.
The Little Princess tulip has been awarded the Award of Garden Merit (AGM) by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).
This is a Division 15 tulip which is a catch-all division for wild species, hybrids, and cultivars.
The Little Princess tulip flowers in April/May and will grow well in a wide variety of conditions, but will prefer well drained soil in a sunny area.
