The Tulip 'Apricot Parrot' bulbs produce a beautiful plant with bright green foliage. On top of each stem is a multicoloured flower, with different hues of yellows, creams and pinks. Each flower features frilly, petticoat-style petals. The Apricot Parrot flower grows well in most conditions, but grows best in a moist, well drained soil in a sunny area of the garden.

Apricot Parrot is a group 10 tulip, these are characterised by the ruffled or fringed edges of the petals, and mainly flower later on in the season.
