Wildlife Benefits

  • Flowers attract bees and pollinating insects
  • Dense growth provides shelter for insects and birds
  • Supports wildlife-friendly garden planting

Use it to create sheltered spaces filled with spring flowers. Do you have enough early-season nectar sources in your garden?

Planting Tips

  • Plant 30–60cm away from walls or fences for better root moisture
  • Keep roots cool with mulch, pebbles, or low-growing plants
  • Provide support such as a pergola, wall, or fence
  • Prune after flowering if size control is needed
  • Feed in spring with a balanced slow-release fertiliser

Place it where it has room to spread naturally. The plant performs best when allowed to cover larger structures.
