The Fritillaria pallidiflora also known as the Siberian Fritillary is a beautiful and delicate fritillary with pale golden flowers sprouting out from fine green stems. This enchanting plant does best when sowed as it starts to get colder from September to November, the fritillary will then produce its stunning blooms throughout spring. The Siberian Fritillary stays relatively small compared to other species, only reaching 45cm when fully grown. This plant is a recipient of the Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society.
The Fritillaria pallidiflora is quite easy to grow and does well in borders and raised beds. The bulbs should be planted in full sun to partial shade around 20cm deep.
