The Clematis 'Warsaw Nike' is a compact and deciduous plant, well-known for its breathtaking display of velvety and reddish-purple single flowers. These flowers can reach up to 18cm (7in) in diameter and are composed of six to eight scalloped sepals with a silver underside. The bright yellow stamens add a pop of colour to the blooms. With its blooming season from mid to late summer, this plant is the perfect addition to walls, fences, or trellises, adding vibrant hues to any space.

It is a renowned RHS award winner and thrives in well-drained and fertile soil, as long as its roots are kept cool and shaded. This climber is also ideal for containers or as a vertical accent, bringing elegance and seasonal interest to any garden or outdoor area.

Clematis plants can be either deciduous or evergreen shrubs, herbaceous perennials, or climbers that use twining leaf stalks. Many varieties also produce striking flowers, while some feature fluffy seedheads in autumn.
