The newly released Clematis 'Sugar Sweet' offers a delightful sensory experience with its powerful almond fragrance. Delicately blooming in April and May, the flowers showcase a beautiful blend of pink and blue, eventually maturing into a soft lilac blue hue. For optimal scent, plant in a sunny location.

Clematis plants can be either deciduous or evergreen shrubs, herbaceous perennials, or climbers that use twining leaf stalks. Many varieties also produce striking flowers, while some feature fluffy seedheads in autumn.

To ensure the happiness of this plant, it is best to plant it in a location where its roots will remain cool and moist, ideally with some shade provided by lower-growing species. This plant prefers full sun and a well-drained soil.

Height: This plant is usually between 75-90cm tall when it arrives but can reach up to 9ft. 3L deep rose pots with 90cm cane. Prune group 3.

Flowers: April-May.
