Elegantly adorned with rosy-pink highlights, Clematis "Diamantina" is a deciduous climber that boasts a profusion of stunning, 6-inch double flowers. These blossoms gracefully unfurl from a central ball, creating a multi-layered pom-pom that lasts up to 4 weeks. With two waves of flowering - late spring to midsummer and later summer to early fall - this compact and large-flowered clematis is perfect for small gardens and containers. For a truly eye-catching display, pair with small shrubs featuring variegated or golden foliage.

Clematis plants can be either deciduous or evergreen shrubs, herbaceous perennials, or climbers that use twining leaf stalks. Many varieties also produce striking flowers, while some feature fluffy seedheads in autumn.

To ensure the happiness of this plant, it is best to plant it in a location where its roots will remain cool and moist, ideally with some shade provided by lower-growing species. This plant prefers full sun and a well-drained soil.
