This stunning deciduous climber produces large lavender blooms from June onward and is suitable for any aspect. It is ideal for planting in borders or can be elegantly trained up a pergola or archway.

Clematis plants can be either deciduous or evergreen shrubs, herbaceous perennials, or climbers that use twining leaf stalks. Many varieties also produce striking flowers, while some feature fluffy seedheads in autumn.

To ensure the happiness of this plant, it is best to plant it in a location where its roots will remain cool and moist, ideally with some shade provided by lower-growing species. This plant prefers full sun and a well-drained soil.
