The Allium nigrum 'Pink Jewel' is a stunning allium with small, complex, light-pink flowers. The Pink Jewel is an autumn bulb so does best when planted late in the year from September to December. The allium will then produce stunning blooms in early Summer. Once fully grown the plant can reach an impressive 75cm.

The Allium nigrum 'Pink Jewel' does best when planted about 10cm deep in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny area of the garden. Taller alliums like this one can also benefit from shelter on one side to help prevent the tall flower spikes from being blown over.
