About Tulipa 'Danceline'

Tulipa 'Danceline' combines the extravagant form of a double tulip with unusually delicate colouring. Its flowers contain layer upon layer of petals, opening into large, rounded blooms reminiscent of peonies.

The base colour is a soft creamy white, sometimes developing subtle ivory or pale green tones towards the outside of the flower. Scattered across the petals are contrasting cranberry-pink to reddish-pink streaks, flashes and fine markings.

One of the most appealing features of 'Danceline' is the variation between individual blooms. Some flowers may display just a handful of fine pink marks concentrated towards the petal tips, while others can develop more prominent streaks and splashes.
