Description

The Tulip 'Purple Crystal' bulbs produce rich deep burgundy/purple blooms with a small white base. These cup-shaped tulips have a crystal like frayed edge and are long lasting.

The Purple Crystal flowers are a Division 7 tulip, characterised by its fringed edges and mid-late season bloom.

The Purple Crystal Tulip flowers in May and will grow well in a wide variety of conditions, but will prefer fertile, well drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded location.
