Tulip 'linifolia' bulbs produce small, vibrant scarlet blooms with a black base. Their compact size makes them an ideal pick for rockeries and wild gardens, and they are very easy to grow and require minimal effort.

The linifolia tulip has been awarded the Award of Garden Merit (AGM) by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

This is a Division 15 tulip which is a catch-all division for wild species, hybrids, and cultivars.

The linifolia tulip flowers in May and will grow well in a wide variety of conditions, but will prefer well drained soil in a sunny area.
