
Description
The Tulip 'Avignon' develops blooms with a single flower each, featuring a vivid combination of reds, pinks, and oranges. Its strong, sturdy stems make it capable of withstanding harsher conditions. Avignon grows well in many conditions, but for optimal growth plant the bulb in moist, well drained soil in an area with plenty of sun.
The Avignon flower is a group 5 single late tulip, these are characterised by long, sturdy stems and a single bloom, flowering later in the season.
