Obedient Plant (Physostegia virginiana)
Also known as 'False Dragonhead'.
Sharply toothed leaves are lanceolate and mid-green with pink or mauve flower spikes.
Little maintenance is required. Trim to tidy but leave foliage to die back naturally to encourage winter bud formation.
Plant in full sun to partial shade between 0cm and 10cm deep.
