Clematis patens 'Wadas Primrose'

Grow Clematis patens 'Wadas Primrose' if you want fragrance as well as colour. This deciduous climber produces large pale primrose-yellow flowers with a deeper yellow centre and a light citrus scent often compared to satsuma oranges.

The flowers can reach up to 18cm across and appear in early summer, often returning with a second flush in late summer.
