This deciduous climber boasts highly fragrant flowers that are tubular in shape with deep pink on the outside and orange-yellow on the inside. These blooms typically appear in late summer and may be followed by attractive red berries in the autumn season.

This species flourishes in areas with partial shade. It requires adequate moisture and well-drained soil for optimal growth. A strong support structure is recommended to assist its climbing tendencies.

Awarded the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society.
