
Snake's Head Fritillary (Fritillaria meleagris)
This attractive spring bulb has an attractive checkerboard drooping purple or white flowers. Easily grown provided the soil does not become too dry.
Trim back dead foliage in Autumn.
Plant in full sun to partial shade in damp or boggy soil that won't dry out.
