Frequently Asked Questions
What size chicken coop do I need for my flock?
The size of your chicken house depends on the number of chickens you have. A good rule of thumb is at least 1 square foot of space per chicken inside the coop, with additional space in the chicken run. Our range includes coops suitable for small flocks of 2–3 hens or larger groups up to 15 or more, ensuring that your chickens have enough room to move around comfortably and safely.
How easy is it to assemble a chicken coop?
Our chicken coops are designed to be easy to assemble, even for beginners. Our models come with clear instructions and can be put together in a few simple steps. Whether you're looking for a compact chicken house or a larger run, you'll find that these coops are designed for quick setup with minimal tools required.
Do I need a separate chicken run for my hens?
A chicken run is a great addition to your chicken house, providing your hens with extra space to roam, forage, and stay safe from predators. While some of our coops include an integrated run, many customers choose to purchase a separate chicken run to give their birds more room. We offer a variety of secure, sturdy runs to suit your needs and space.
Can I use the chicken coops for other animals, like rabbits or ducks?
Yes. Our chicken houses and coops are versatile and suitable for a variety of pets, including rabbits, ducks, and even guinea pigs. The spacious and secure design of our coops provides a safe and comfortable environment for these animals. Just make sure to adjust the space according to the needs of the animals and their feeding habits, such as offering chicken food for hens and appropriate food for other pets.
