The Dahlia 'Colour Spectacle' bulbs create an eye-catching plant with tall stems and plentiful, leafy, bushy leaves. Its blooms are a dazzling, vibrant electric orange, with bright white tips at the very ends. This particular dahlia is categorized as a cactus dahlia, recognized for its slender, pointed petals resembling the spines of a cactus.

For best results, plant Dahlia 'Colour Spectacle' in a pot in a warm area during early spring, and then move it outside after the last frost. Alternatively, directly plant the bulb in the ground after the last frost. This flower does well in full sun and needs moist, well-drained soil and shelter from wind for its tall stems.
