The Dahlia 'Black Cat' boasts exquisite flowers, lush green foliage, and tall stems. Its gorgeous blooms have a deep red hue that appears almost black in certain lighting. This cactus dahlia is characterized by its thin, spikey petals that resemble cactus quills.

Dahlia 'Black Cat' can be grown in a pot in a warm area, and then planted outside after frost, or directly in well-drained soil and full sun after frost. Wind protection or staking may be needed for taller stems. Don't forget to dig up and store in a frost-free spot during winter, as these plants are not frost-tolerant.
