Crocus olivierii ssp. 'Orange Monarch' is the first bright orange bloom in the crocus family. Each goblet-shaped flower features dark brownish-black veins that appear almost like they were painted by hand, while slender variegated leaves surmount them.
We recommend planting Crocus olivierii ssp. 'Orange Monarch' bulbs 10cm deep into well-drained soil in a sunny spot in the garden. This flower should be planted between September and December and the flowers will come up between February and March.
Planting Time: September - December
