Colchicum bivonae "Mount Giona" bulbs exhibit striking flowers and minimal foliage during their first flowering phase. Each bulb yields various clusters of exquisite goblet-shaped blooms, in a gorgeous purplish-pink hue with a yellow centre,  accompanied by prominent anthers in a deep yellow shade.

Colchicum bivonae "Mount Giona" is known for its ability to thrive in woodland settings with consistently moist, well-drained soil. With full sun or partial shade, it easily forms clumps and readily establishes itself in grassy areas.
