The Allium nutans, also known as Siberian Chives or Blue Chives, is an exceptionally beautiful plant with stunning pink flowers extending out from atop a tall flower spike. This allium is best planted later in the year from September to December to ensure the plant has plenty of time for its beautiful blooms in early summer. Once fully grown the allium can reach 30cm.

The Allium nutans does best when planted about 10cm deep in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny area of the garden.
