The Allium Caesium also known by its common name 'light blue garlic', is a stunning light blue allium from central Asia featuring sharp angular flowers on ball-shaped blooms. It is clear to see why this allium has received the Award of Garden Merit. The Allium Caesium is best planted from September to December for a bloom in June or July. Once fully mature the plant grows to a maximum height of 30cm, making it one of the smallest allums we have available.
The light blue garlic is best planted into well-drained, nutrient-rich soil a few centimetres deep.
