A clump-forming, evergreen perennial prized for its striking foliage and long-lasting floral display. It forms a dense, ground-hugging mound of rounded, silvery leaves, beautifully etched with a network of dark green veins.

From late spring through to late summer, it sends up tall, wiry stems. These bear clouds of delicate, rose-pink, bell-shaped flowers.
