With the added benefit of a raised bed, measuring 2ft x 4ft, you'll enjoy a three-tiered growing system. This not only reduces strain on your back but also promotes earlier crop production due to optimal soil drainage and faster warming.
By combining the cold frame with the raised bed, you'll create a favourable environment for your plants. The soil within the frame warms up faster than the surrounding area, allowing for early planting. Once nestled in the garden frame, your young plants will be shielded from harsh elements, including cold temperatures, strong winds, and heavy rain.
