Bowles Golden Sedge (Carex elata 'Aurea')

Carex elata 'Aurea' is one of the most decorative sedges for shallow water, with beautiful, rich golden-yellow foliage. This plant is very similar to Carex riparia also known as Bowles Golden.

This plant requires very little maintenance throughout the year but it is advised to trim just above the water line once the foliage has died back in Autumn.

The Bowles Golden Sedge should be planted in full sunlight or partial shade.
